Members should schedule their travel to arrive at the Pan Pacific Perth in time for the Annual General Meeting which commences at 1530 hours with afternoon tea on Friday 27 November at the Novotel Perth Langley (directly opposite the Pan Pacific Perth).
Delegates are required to make their own way to and from the Pan Pacific Perth. Travel time by road from Perth Airport to the hotel is approximately 25 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Delegate registration opens at 1430 hours on Friday at the Novotel Perth Langley. Accommodation check-in at the Pan Pacific Perth is available from 1500 hours.
The conference will conclude with lunch at 1300 hours on Sunday 29 November. To ensure ample time to travel to Perth Airport following the conclusion of the conference, we recommend booking return flights departing no earlier than 1500 hours.
