Held at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC), on the foreshore of the Swan River, with the Pan Pacific Perth offering understated luxury in the heart of the city.

Across three engaging days, we will share ideas, gain valuable industry insights, strengthen our skills and embrace new opportunities, while reconnecting with colleagues from across the country. It’s an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, learn from one another and look ahead with confidence to the future. After all, we are powered by passion and proven by resilience.
The conference kicks off on Friday afternoon with our member-only events, the Annual General Meeting, Members’ Forum and Chairman’s Address, providing an opportunity to reflect on the year that has been and the exciting future ahead.
That evening, we’ll gather at Optus Stadium, one of Australia's premier sporting and entertainment venues. Set against the backdrop of the Swan River and Perth's stunning city skyline, this special welcome function will provide the perfect opportunity to reconnect with friends, colleagues and trade partners while enjoying refreshments, canapés and one of Perth's famous sunsets.
Saturday marks the start of the main conference program at the PCEC, featuring keynote speaker Matt Ebden, thought-provoking presentations and the popular Preferred Supplier Exhibition. As the sun sets, the PCEC will be transformed for one of the highlights of the weekend – our National Awards Gala Dinner, where we'll celebrate the achievements of our members and their teams.
On Sunday, the conference continues with more engaging sessions, exciting prize draws, the announcement of the 2027 conference destination and a delicious closing lunch as we reflect on the connections made, lessons learned and opportunities ahead.
