Preferred Supplier Exhibition

The Preferred Supplier Exhibition represents the structured business element of the conference and provides you with an opportunity to deliver your key messages and showcase your product and point of difference in the marketplace. This year, both exhibition sessions will be held on Saturday, with one session in the morning and the second in the afternoon, providing ample time early in the program to connect with our members.

We recommend that your brand representative/s be a senior member of your team and qualified to engage with the owners and managers of our member agencies at a level beyond that of a regular agency visit. 

Exhibitors receive a 3m x 2m booth, fascia signage, trestle table, four chairs, access to power and internet connectivity. Following your registration and closer to the event, you will be sent a separate communication asking you to detail any specific requirements for your exhibition participation.

Throughout the Preferred Supplier Exhibition, members will be encouraged to visit your booth and participate in voting for their favourite Preferred Supplier Exhibition Experience. Make it your year to stand out and vie for the ‘best booth’ title!

Please note that bump in is on Friday 28 November between 1500 – 1700 hours and on Saturday 29 November between 0730 – 0830 hours. Bump out is on Saturday 29 November between 1700 – 1800 hours. 

Supplier’s Choice Awards

The Supplier’s Choice Awards recognise Travellers Choice agency members based on their support of preferred partners in any of the following categories: 

  • Sales volume
  • Percentage sales growth (year on year)
  • Local area sales development initiatives
  • Product knowledge
  • Staff/agency professionalism
  • Function participation and involvement

You will be able to nominate the agency that you wish to receive your company’s award by completing the relevant section of the registration form. We recommend you review the above criteria and consult with your colleagues to ensure you have determined your winner before you commence the registration process as only one agency can receive your award.

Travellers Choice will organise an award plaque for your nominated agency winner.

Preferred Supplier Prize Draw

Preferred Supplier partners are invited to take part in the Preferred Supplier Prize Draw through provision of a travel prize that will enable our members to experience your product firsthand.

Members will receive entries to the draw by visiting your booth during the Preferred Supplier Exhibition and scanning a QR code as they connect with your representative/s.

Suppliers participating in the Prize Draw will be acknowledged in the lead up to the conference to highlight your generosity to our member delegates who are attending.

We encourage you to reserve your place in the Prize Draw as soon as possible as there are limited places available.

 Stay updated
