This year’s theme, ‘Nailing It’, is not just a reflection of what we’ve achieved - it’s a challenge to each of us to keep pushing forward. Whether it's embracing new technologies like AI, refining operations, elevating customer service or leading with purpose and sustainability, our aim is to inspire you to ‘nail it’ in every area of your business.

Across three energising days, we’ll explore how to sharpen our focus, fine-tune our skills and drive success - while also recognising the importance of wellbeing, time management and doing good in a busy world. Because when we strike the right balance, success becomes not only more achievable, but more sustainable and fulfilling.

The conference kicks off on Friday afternoon with our member-only events, the Annual General Meeting, Members’ Forum and Chairman’s Address. That evening, all delegates are invited to unwind at our Welcome Function.

Our conference program over Saturday and Sunday features compelling keynotes, insightful panel discussions, networking sessions and the ever-popular Preferred Supplier Exhibition.

Saturday’s National Awards Gala Dinner is when we applaud this year’s most outstanding members in true Travellers Choice style.
